We restored and renovated a 10-story commercial building in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City to create 9 whole-floor condominiums, plus 2 retail stores on the ground floor, and on the top floor, a duplex penthouse. This ultra-urban home features industrial finishes, polished concrete floors, steel doors, a cherry and stone kitchen, and plaster walls and ceilings. Construction included cleaning and re-pointing the brick exterior, air conditioning for all units, refurbishing the elevator and stairwell, and new plumbing, heating, and electrical systems. With the project completed in one year, all units were sold in 4 months!
