This historic 18th Century mill house in Ashley Falls, Massachusetts, was essentially an abandoned building. Today it has been completely restored, renovated and updated inside and out, with waterfalls, a pond, two dams and two private islands. In collaboration with the Historic Commission and the Conservation Commission, and with the help of hundreds of craftsmen and contractors, we restored the exterior, the interior, and waterworks, including two granite dams on the Konkapot River. The Old Mill is now a gorgeous and very unique residential home.
